The 26th “An analysis on legal issues through cases” book sharing was held successfully by Intellectual property and enterprise development research center at B9 406 (2) in SCUT school of law. The case discussed this time was “Gao yi company v. jianlong patent infringement case” and “Tencent v. Quaikan online infringement case”. About 10 masters of school of law took an active part in this activity, Professor Yangxiongwen was invited as judge. The keynote presenter in this book sharing are 2016 master Zhengjiamin, Chenjiachun.

Linjiamin introduced the Gaoyi company v. jianlong patent infringement case , disputes in this case are the judgment of essentially same in appearance design and the impact functional featured design has on the judgment of similarality. Chenjiachun introduced the Tencent v. Quaikan online infringement case.

Professor Yangxiongwen made some comments , praised their own merits and figured out some deficiencies.
