on June 18, 2017, “The 13th Southern Finance and Taxation Law Forum ” was held successfully in Nanyue hall of SCUT center hotel. This conference was heldby Guangdong law society finance and taxation research association, Guangdong lawyer association, school of law ofSCUT, SCUT institute of financial law, co-organized by Guangdong lawyer association tax professional committee.

There are about 80 experts and scholars attend this conference, they are from different fields, which contains famous domestic universities, scientific research institution, state administration of taxation, local taxation bureau, law Firm. Some of them are majors in theory research, while others devotes to practical work. They all have an enthusiastic and deeply discussion on the difficulties and countermeasures China undertakes towards manufacturing industry’s transformation and upgrading under the circumstance of International tax reduction situatio.

This conference was divided into 3 parts. The topics are “the path exploration for china’s manufacturing industry’s transformation and upgrading”,“the national comparison of china’smanufacturing industry income tax reform”, “the other issues in the manufacturing industry’s transformation and upgrading” .

In this seminar, 11 experts , scholars delivered their reports, then 6 trustees appraised it. Experts and scholars expressed their opinions and suggestions freely and had a in-depth discussion on related topics. All of this makes a wonderful idea collision together, makes it a wonderful conference.

Southern Finance and Taxation Law Forum has giant influence in Guangdong province, and even nationwide since it was held in 2007. And it develops into brand academic activity both in theory and practical field.
