     Three academic results by SCUT Law School professors won the sixth philosophy and social sciences outstanding achievement in Guangdong province. “On the relationship between the extension of pilot BT to VAT reforms and the realization of distributive justice of national income” by Prof. Fuqiang Zhang won the first prize, “Recasting Anti-commercial Bribery Provisions in Criminal Law” by Prof. Youxiang Zeng won the second prize, “Function, subject, procedure: an examination on thesystemofpostponementof prosecution” by Prof. Youhao Zhqang won the second prize

     Philosophy and the social sciences outstanding achievement of Guangdong province was established since 2004, it is selected andawarded once every two years, it is the highest governmental awards for philosophy and the social sciences achievement in Guangdong. The 6th Philosophy and the social sciences outstanding achievement set a total of 224 prizes, including 56 items of first prize, 99 items of second prize, and 69 items of third prize.
