On June 3, 2016, the " Guangdong advancedclass for patent administrative enforcement action" was held in the SCUT IP School, the class was sponsored by the Guangdong Intellectual Property office, and undertook by the SCUT IP School and the State IP Training Base (Guangdong).

To implement the capability-promotion project for the patent administrative enforcement action initiated by SIPO, to further improve theofficials’ theoreticalquality and their practicallaw enforcementcapacities in patent administrative enforcement action in Guangdong province, and to standardizetheir law enforcement behavior and strictlyconform to thestatutoryauthorityandprocedures, the class invited leading experts in patent administrative enforcement action in Guangdong to give lectures. In the process of teaching, the lectures and students had in-depth exchanges in patent infringement determination and related problems in the administrative litigation.
     More than 70law enforcementpersonnel who have certain experience in patent administrative law enforcement participated in this training.
