On March 11, 2016, Mr. Fuxin Song, lawyer of ETR Law Firm, was invited by Professor Jia-qing Wu to give a lecture. Professor Jia-qing Wu, doctoral and graduate students in the research direction of constitutional and administrative law, and some undergraduate students took part in the legal practice.
     Mr. Song firstly introduced his law course, told the story of how he became a criminaldefense lawyer from a prosecutor after his graduation from university. Mr. Song also explained the development status and prospects of lawyer in Guangdong, and he also talked about some of the major cases he handled, revealed the dialectical relationship between law and emotion, principleanddesire, and showing the complexity of human nature.
