From December 19 to 20 , 2015, the 10^th doctor forum on national public law was held in SCUT. Many public law ph.D. students from all over the world contributed to the forum and the committee chose the 55 as the distinguished papers from all the 158.More than 70 participants from 20 university discussed the theory and practical issues under decision of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18^th Central Committee of the CPC, especially focused on the implement of governing the country according to the constitution.
