On November 21, 2015, China’s local legal system development forum was held in Guangzhou, also the seminar on the evaluation of the rule of law in local and the application of data technique was held in Guangzhou. This forum was organized by the Guangdong Province local legal system research center in SCUT, Chinn local governance and the rule of law development research center and the social science department in SCUT. The forum focused on the issues of the local legal system, the evaluation of the rule of law in local and the application of data technique and the participants had a heated discussion.

    The forum could be divided in to four parts, including the platform construction for local legal system, the practical experience of the evaluation of the rule of law (part one), the practical experience of the evaluation of the rule of law (part two), and the theory and expectation of the evaluation on the rule of law.Also, participants made a long discussion on the technique and function of the platform construction of local legal system and the evaluation on the rule of law.
