On April 19,2015, The 2^nd South Criminal Law Forum was held in Guangzhou International center. This forum, organized by SCUT School of Law, School of Intellect property, Guangdong Criminology research institute, held a seminar on the topic of mobile internet crime research and made some suggestions.
