This marks another consecutive year where the program has secured the top position in the Ruanke Business English program ranking.

The Ruanke Ranking of Chinese University Programs is currently the most extensive ranking of undergraduate programs in China, covering the largest number of programs. It includes 810 undergraduate programs across 93 disciplinary categories. Utilizing a three-tier evaluation framework of institution-discipline-program, the ranking assesses over 60,000 undergraduate program offerings from more than 1,200 universities based on five indicator categories: institutional conditions, disciplinary support, program student quality, program employment, and program conditions. This dynamic monitoring-style evaluation provides significant insights for the development and analysis of undergraduate programs in higher education institutions.

Our school’s Business English program is recognized as a national-level first-class undergraduate program. The school has also actively expanded international collaboration in education, engaging in discussions with internationally renowned universities such as the University of Western Australia, Lancaster University, Rutgers University, the University of Hawaii, and American University to establish joint undergraduate-master programs, including 2+2 and 3+2 models. For many years, the employment rate of the school's graduates has ranked among the top in both national and Guangdong provincial higher education institutions. Nearly half of the graduates pursue further studies at prestigious universities at home and abroad, while a significant number of alumni have become key professionals in government agencies, public institutions, and Fortune Global 500 or China 500 companies, making remarkable contributions across various industries.

Moving forward, our school will continue to advance the in-depth development of its disciplines and programs, further optimize the talent cultivation model and educational mechanisms, proactively adapt to the new requirements and changes in foreign language talent cultivation in the new era, build a highland for cultivating interdisciplinary foreign language talents, and contribute to national strategic needs and the high-quality development of the local economy and society.
