"Good scenery throughout the year must not be forgotten, especially  during the alteration of autumn and winter when tangerine presents green and oranges maturely yellow.” At the beginning of the new semester, in order to encourage students to plan ahead, we held an employment experience sharing meeting for juniors and non-graduating postgraduates respectively where outstanding seniors were invited to share their experiences. Deputy Secretary Zhao Shuidong of the Party Committee of School of Foreign Language attended the meeting.

Considering the macro employment landscape and the practical situation in our school, Mr. Zhao pointed out that 2019 is the key year to secure adecisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects when challenges coexist with opportunities, junior undergraduates and non-graduates who are going to step into the job market should find the right direction and plan ahead. While completing their academic tasks, they need to cherish time and participate in internship to accumulate experience and improve themselves, so as to lay a good foundation for future employment.

       Excellent student representatives from the graduating class shared their personal experiences in such aspects as job hunting and employment, furthering study at home and abroad, etc. They expounded their insights and experiences from three aspects including clear positioning, preparation and skill enhancement in order to guide the students and help them avoid some detours. The sharing of their experiences has benefited the students and strengthened their confidence and determination to face competition in the future job employment.

        The employment sharing meeting was like a "timely rain", which not only enhanced the communication and interaction among senior students, but also helped students stranded in confusion to make clear future plans as soon as possible. They shall strive to integrate their personal goals into the national development trend, and actively respond to the call of the new era with practical actions.
