On the afternoon of January 3, 2019, our school held a student symposium in classroom 4401. Representatives of undergraduate and postgraduate students participated in the symposium. Deputy Dean Cai Jinting and Deputy Secretary Zhao Shuidong attended and communicated with students on-site and provided guidance. Member Yang Yifei presided over the symposium. At the beginning of the symposium, Deputy Dean Cai Jinting emphasized that when the final exam is taking place, the students must abide by the test style and test discipline, and test with integrity, and exchanged the recent exam situation with the students. Next was the session of soliciting opinions from student representatives. In a relaxed and open atmosphere, everyone actively spoke and communicated about the current situation of study and life,student management services, curriculum teaching settings, and teacher-student contact system. Student representatives spoke freely, put forward various problems encountered in their study and life, and put forward their own opinions and suggestions on issues such as class affairs, leave system, employment information acquisition, and classroom use. Deputy Secretary Zhao Shuidong answered some questions on the spot and put forward corresponding solutions. For example, in the future, he will provide directional guidance for class construction by formulating "Class Instruction Manual" to better enhance class cohesion. During the meeting, everyone brainstormed, spoke freely, and made suggestions for improving the relevant links of talent training in our hospital.

The purpose of this symposium is to understand the students' study and life better, listen to the voices of the students, and for the valuable ideas put forward by the students, the college will jointly study and discuss the best strategies for improvement based on the actual research situation.
