On December 5th-6th, 2020, the 12th National College Student Real Estate Planning Competition was successfully held at Central China Normal University. Under the careful guidance of Wu Fan, Huang Wenwei and Yan Hui from the School of Civil Engineering and Transportation, The CG Dream Team, consisting of Xie Jiakang, Cheng Yeye, Zhang Sihan and Li Qiang from South China University of Technology (SCUT), majoring in Construction Management, and Li Peilin majoring in Architecture, won the second prize in the 12th National College Student Real Estate Planning Competition among the 174 teams from 119 universities that advanced to the national finals.
The national final is a combination of online and offline competition

National Second Prize Winners
The 12th National Student Real Estate Planning Competition was guided by China Real Estate Association, organized by China Association of Construction Education, hosted by CREP and Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, hosted by Central China Normal University for the finals, and titled by E-House Enterprise Group for the competition, with Shimao Group providing exclusive competition issues.

The CG Dream Team, representing South China University of Technology (SCUT), prepared for the competition and performed well in the presentation and oral defense of the final in front of teachers and students from many universities across China as well as judges from universities and enterprises. The rich and interesting presentation format was also appreciated by the judges, and the guidance from the judges made them gain a lot. In the end, the CG Dream Team won the second prize in the 12th National College Student Real Estate Planning Competition. They expressed their gratitude to Teachers Wu Fan, Huang Wenwei and Yan Hui for their continuous guidance, and they will continue to move forward and reach new heights in the future!
