·岗位1.项目经理(ESS&BMS 方向)
【工作内容】
1.负责 ESS 储能系统与 BMS 楼宇系统项目的整体计划制定、实施与交付;
2.协调技术团队与工厂、供应商之间的沟通与问题解决;
3.撰写项目进度报告,确保按期完成里程碑;
4.管理项目成本与风险,控制施工与系统集成质量;
5.跟进海外总部或客户的技术对接,确保方案符合美方标准;
6.协助认证工程师完成系统相关测试及规范文档;
7.指导技术人员按流程完成调试、安装、联动测试等;
8.参与招标方案、合同条款等商务技术支持。
【岗位要求】
1.有楼宇自动化或新能源行业相关经验;
2.有中大型项目管理经验,熟悉跨团队沟通流程;
3.本科及以上学历,电气、自动化、能源等相关专业优先 1 年以上(中级)或 3 年以上(高级)机电系统工作经验;
4.具有 LON、 BACnet、 Modbus、模块编程和施工图纸方面的经验;
5.具备良好的英文听说读写能力,粤语优先,能直接沟通海外团队。
·Project Manager (ESS & BMS)
【Responsibilities】
1.Lead ESS and BMS projects from planning to delivery.
2.Coordinate between technical teams, factories, and suppliers.
3.Draft project progress reports and ensure milestone delivery.
4.Manage cost, risk, and quality in system integration.
5.Liaise with US teams to align with standards.
6.Support certification testing and documentation.
7.Supervise technical staff during commissioning and testing.
8.Contribute to bidding documents and technical proposals.
【Requirements】
1.Experience in building automation or renewable energy projects.
2.Strong project management and cross-team communication skills.
3.1+ years (mid-level) or 3+ years (senior)in electromechanical systems.
4.Experience with LON, BACnet, Modbus, block programming, and construction drawings.
5.Bachelor's degree in electrical, automation, or energy preferred.
6.Fluent in English; Cantonese is a plus. overseas work experience is a plus.
【工作内容】

·Software Engineer
(loT & Control Systems)
【Responsibilities】
1.Develop and maintain embedded logic for BMS.
2.Integrate controllers,sensors,and actuators via protocols like Modbus/BACnet.
3.Design BMS user interface and control platform.
4.lmplement cloud functions (alerts, data collection).
5.Optimize control strategies for energy efficiency.
6.Collaborate with hardware teams for testing and debugging.
7.Prepare interface documentation and manuals.
8.Provide support for client customization.
【Requirements】
1.Proficient in Python, javaScript, HTML/CSS.
2.Knowledge of serial communication, edge computing, loT development.
3.Embedded Linux or PLC programming experience preferred.
4.Fluent in English; Cantonese is a plus. Overseas work experience is a plus.
5.Experience in international projects is a bonus.

2.有 UL/CE/FCC/ROHS/ISO 等经验者优先;
3.良好的英文写作与文献阅读能力;

·Certification Engineer
【Responsibilities】
1.Manage certification for North American markets (e.g., UL9540, FCC, ETL).
2.Submit test samples and application documents.
3.Track progress and coordinate corrective actions.
4.Communicate with labs and regulatory bodies.
5.Write technical documents and test reports.
6.Assist in defining testing protocols and quality standards.
7.Build compliance database and documentation workflows.
8.Conduct internal training or client compliance briefings.
【Requirements】
1.Technical background with knowledge of certification processes.
2.Experience with UL/CE/FCC/RoHS/lsO preferred.
3.Strong English writing and reading skills.
4.Fluent in English; Cantonese is a plus.
5.Experience in overseas certification is an advantage.

·Product Manager (Supply chain)
【Responsibilities】
1.Oversee material selection, procurement, and delivery.
2.Coordinate delivery schedules with factories and clients.
3.Maintain product specifications and ensure compliance.
4.Manage BOM, costs, pricing, and payments.
5.Resolve logistics, compatibility, and installation issues.
6.Support technical documentation and presales materials.
7.Analyze competitors for product and pricing insights.
【Requirements】
1.Bachelor's degree or higher; overseas experience preferred.
2.Experience in hardware project procurement preferred.
3.Proficient in Excel, ERP, and project management tools.
4.Fluent in English; Cantonese is a plus.
5.Experience in cross-border factory or US-China operations is a bonus.

·Administrative/Assistant Support

【Responsibilities】
1.Handle daily administrative tasks both domestically and internationally, including document processing, file organization,and record maintenance.
2.Participate in internal meetings, take minutes, manage email correspondence, and assist with related documentation.
3.Assist project managers and quality control personnel in organizing project-related data and reports.
4.Support preliminary sorting and archiving of client correspondence and contract documents;Provide day-to-day support to team members to ensure smooth and efficient office operations;Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors, including ad hoc and routine assignments.
【Requirements】
1.Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited university; minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
2.Proactive, responsive to leadership directives, with strong communication and stress management skills.
3.Excellent adaptability, coordination, customer service mindset, and strong sense of accountability.
4.Familiarity with both internal and external administrative tasks; willing to handle occasional field errands.
5.Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is preferred.

7.Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written English skills; overseas work experience is a plus.
