Abstract：

Journals arethe custodians of scientific endeavor and advancement. Publishing a journalpaper is to show your recognition of the progress in a particular scientificfield, and also to gain recognition from other researchers in such a field.Novelty, impact and scientific rigor are the key criteria for publication inhigh-impact journals. Paper writing starts from the beginning of research. Toproduce a high-quality scientific paper, high-quality research must beperformed. Creating a good research question is the key, whilst choosingcorrect approaches and methodologies to fully explore the question is the MUST.This seminar will cover four sections: 1) Introduction; 2) How to write aresearch or review paper? 3) How to communicate with Editor(s) & Reviewers?4) Take-home messages.
