Associate Prof. Hu was born in 1972. After graduated in 2001, he accepted the faculty position in South China University of Technology. He served as associate Professor in faculty of cereal, oils and plant protein from 2006 and devoted all his life to science research on food engineering and carbohydrate chemistry. Over 40 academic papers have been published on foreign and domestic academic journals, 6 invent-patents have been obtained.
