On the afternoon of June 21, 2023, Vice President Jin Gang, a member of the University Party Committee, together with Ye Hanjun, Executive Deputy Director of the University City District Management Committee and Director of the Office of the University City District Management Committee, and Zhao Hong, Deputy Director of the Office of the University City District Management Committee, visited the laboratories of the school to conduct inspections and provide guidance. They were accompanied by Secretary He Jianhua of the School's Party Committee, Executive Vice Dean Zhu Nengwu, Vice Dean Chen Yan, and other relevant personnel during the inspection.

Vice President Jin Gang and the accompanying team conducted a focused inspection on the on-site chemical control platform and the disposal point for experimental waste on the first floor of the school. They gained a detailed understanding of the platform's construction, management, operation, as well as the management and disposal procedures for experimental waste. Vice President Jin Gang emphasized the importance of maintaining safety as a top priority in the school. He emphasized the continuous standardization of laboratory safety management, the strengthening of safety responsibility awareness, and the implementation of comprehensive safety measures. These efforts aim to create a secure experimental environment for both teachers and students.
