Chenghao Yang, PhD, is a professor and doctoral supervisor. He is the director of Guangdong Energy Materials Surface Chemistry Engineering Technology Research Center and the director of Guangzhou Key Laboratory of Energy Materials Surface Chemistry. He is mainly engaged in in situ Raman/XRD characterization, development and industrialization of key materials and devices for solid oxide fuel cells, lithium (sodium, potassium) ion batteries and lithium-sulfur batteries. He has published more than 100 SCI papers in Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Energy Environ. Sci., ACS Nano and Adv. Funct. Mater., more than 10 of which were ESI highly cited papers. He applied for or was granted more than 20 US and Chinese patents for his research results. He has presided over 20 research projects funded by the National Key Research and Development Program, National Foundation for Science and Technology, Ministry of Education, Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Program, Guangzhou Science and Technology Program and Southern Power Grid, etc.
