Curriculum Vitae

Chen Yuancai is now a senior researcher and doctoral supervisor of South China University of Technology, mainly engaged in the research of theory and technology of industrial wastewater treatment such as paper wastewater and electroplating wastewater. In recent years, she has published more than one hundred papers domestically and internationally, among which more than sixty have been indexed by SCI. She has also been awarded with thirteen invention patents, the third prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Award (ranked second), two achievements appraisals, and two co-authored monographs. Her research projects include a national major project on water pollution control and management, three projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two provincial major projects of industry-university-research and one collaborative innovation project in Guangzhou, many provincial science and technology projects and many enterprise projects. As a major participant, she has participated in major application projects in Guangdong Province, joint funds in Guangdong Province, many wastewater treatment projects, 973 projects, a tender project of Guangzhou enterprises for scientific and technological problems, many provincial and ministerial projects, etc. She is the lecturer of environmental engineering, wastewater deep treatment technology, coagulation technology, water pollution control engineering, water treatment progress and other courses.
