Enrolled in the computer major in our school in 1993 and graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in 1997.

Jing Zhou is one of the founders of the 广州市品高软件开发有限公司 and currently the vice general manager. She is also the general manager of the Guangzhou Branch of the Microsoft Software Innovation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission, which is a joint operating institute of 品高软件, Guangzhou Informationization Center, Guangzhou Tianhe Software Park and Microsoft (China) Co. Ltd. 

In 2003, Jing Zhou and her partners (most are alumnus of SCUT) established the 广州市品高软件开发有限公司. The 品高软件 serves industrial customers at the beginning, e.g. telecommunication, transportation, government, and large scale enterprises, by providing industry software products, solutions, and consultation services. The company has been recognized by the 四部委 together as the national key planning and layout software enterprise. Since 2008, the company got breakthrough development in cloud computing area and developed the first commercial basic cloud framework product: BingCloud which entered the market quickly. It got eye-catching achievements in the competition with overseas famous brands for public cloud and private cloud markets. Currently, the BingCloud has been the best choice of domestic cloud framework structure to compete with foreign products. In the same time, BingoCC.Com shows up prominently as a domestic operation public cloud platform because of its technology advancement and excellent ability in broad cooperation.

In 2012,品高软件 established the 擎云公司with joint venture from the Guangzhou Metro Corporation which is under 品高 control and the first and the only IT-type joint venture company of the Guangzhou Metro Corporation. This has an unprecedented significance in cooperation between private and state-run companies, and promotion of development of cloud computing in domestic rail transportation area. 

After ten years of hard work, sharpening, reflection and summary, Jing Zhou has become a leading talent in operation and management of a science and technology company from a technical developer and technical talent for project management.

In 2007, she has been selected as the 广州市三八红旗手, committee member of the Guangzhou Youth Union, committee member of the Guangdong Provincial Young Scientist Association. In 2011, she was elected the deputy to the Eighth National People's Congress of Tianhe District of Guangzhou.
