Ruxi Lu, graduated from the electronic computer major of our univeristy in 1982. He is currently the dean of research school of the广东威创视讯科技股份有限公司, professor level senior engineer. He has been employed as chief engineer, vice president, and vice chairman of the 福建实达电脑集团股份有限公司 and the president of the 北京实达电脑软件集成有限公司.

Ruxi Lu has devoted a long term efforts in research & development and research management works, and energetically promoting technology innovation of the enterprise. He has licensed 63 patents, including 44 invention patents, one US licensed invention patent and one Japan licensed patent. He has participated in 5 constitutions of national industrial standards and published 10 professional papers. He was awarded the first prize of national science and technology progress award, China patent Golden award, 5 provincial science and technology progress awards, and 2 city level science and technology progress awards. In January 2010, he was awarded the Guangzhou outstanding award in science and technology (the only one in this year). He was awarded全国五一劳动奖章并获广东省优秀党员称号 in 2011.
