Kang Cai, enrolled the undergraduate program of computer and its application in our school in 1986 and the master program of computer organization and system architecture of our school in 1989. He is a professor level senior engineer, and is currently the dean and the Party secretary of 中国电信股份有限公司广州研究院. Alumni Kang Cai has devoted a long term effort to the research of development and planning of communication networks, new technology of communication, new product development, and research project management. He has in-depth research and colorful innovative practices in different professional areas, e.g. computer communication, Internet applications, mobile communications, and network security.
