[Biography]
(1)Dr. Haibo Wu received his M.S. in Organic Chemistry at SIOC (Shanghai Institution of Organic Chemistry, CAS) in 2016 and obtained Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Stockholm University, Sweden in 2021. From 2021. 11 to present, he is a postdoctoral researcher at Arrhenius laboratory, Stockholm University, Sweden. His research interests are organic synthesis and its applications and heterogeneous catalysis. He has published 12 SCI papers (first author: Nat. Rev. Chem. , JACS, Angew, Chem. Sci.,6). His work on desymmetrization of 1,4-dienes was selected as a VIP paper and has been highlighted by Press Releases of Angew.
(2)Dr. Zhenhua Zhang received his B.Sc. degree in chemistry at Lanzhou University in 2013 and his M.Sc. degree in the same university in 2016. Then, he moved to Bonn, Germany and received his Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry at the University of Bonn in 2020 and was working as a postdoctoral researcher in the same university in the following year. In 2021, he was awarded Marie Curie Fellowship and continued his postdoctoral training in the University of Manchester. In 2023, he moved to Aachen and carried out his postdoctoral programme in RWTH Aachen University. His His research interests are focused on the discovery, design and development of novel catalytic methods, including free radical chemistry, asymmetric catalysis, photochemistry and transition metal catalysis. he has published many very impactful first author papers in J. Am. Chem. Soc. (2), Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (3), ACS Catal. (1), Chem. Comm. (1).
(3)Dr. Chunwei Dong received his B.S. in Chemistry at Jilin University in 2013 and obtained Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry and Physics from Jilin University in 2018. From 2018.09 to present, he is a postdoctoral researcher at KAUST Catalysis Center, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (Saudi Arabia). His research interests are defect chemistry in inorganic nanoparticles and the application. He has published 27 SCI papers (first author: 7, journal cover papers: 2).
(4)Dr. Mingyang Li received his Ph.D. from Sun Yat-sen University in 2017, and during the studying he went forward to University of California Santa Cruz as a joint Ph.D. student. From 2021, he works as postdoctoral researcher at University of Texas at Austin. His research interests are the application of scanning electrochemical cell microscopy on green energy conversion, and published more 40 scientific papers.
