Research Areas:
 Heat and mass transfer fundamental focused on
(1) Single and multiple phase heat transfer enhancement
(2)  Heat exchangers using roughened tube bundle and Ring-net tube supports
(3) Gas/liquid absorption process enhancement
(4) High gravity technology using multi-spraying rotating packed bed(RPB).

Current Research Projects:
Compound heat transfer enhancement using roughened tube and twisted-tapes, sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
The multi-spraying rotating packed bed(RPB) investigation, sponsored by the Guangzhou Science and Technology Development Program.
