主要从事纳米药物和基因递送,免疫治疗和疫苗开发等方面的研究。多个科研项目得到了美国NIH等政府项目和基金会的资助。在Nature Communications, Biomaterials, Journal of Controlled Release, Molecular Therapy, ACS Nano, Nanoscale, Pharmaceutical Research, Molecular Pharmaceutics 等期刊发表论文20篇,其中一作9篇,通讯作者3篇,专著2部。美国及国际发明专利2项,中国发明专利1项。
