报告内容简介:
Industrial Process Systems use a large number of control valves for automatic control of materials and energy flows. These valves often wear out quickly that develop into hysteresis, which then lead to oscillatory control results that are undesirable. This talk is about the detection and diagnosis of oscillatory control loops that are caused possibly by valve hysteresis, external oscillatory disturbances, or control instability due to aggressive tuning. Industrial case studies are given to validate the effectiveness of the discussed methods.
