In June 2024, at the 7th National College Students' Art Exhibition and Performance, the student choir of South China University of Technology won the first prize in vocal music nationwide; the Youth Symphony Orchestra of South China University of Technology won the second prize in instrumental music nationwide; the Youth Dance Troupe of South China University of Technology won the third prize in dance nationwide; and the Drama Club of South China University of Technology won the third prize in recitation nationwide.
