Associate Professor of Trombone and Tuba at the School of Arts of South China University of Technology, Graduate Student Supervisor, Head of the Youth Symphony Orchestra of South China University of Technology, Member of the Bass Brass Professional Committee of the Wind Music Society of the China Music Association, External Professor of the School of Music of Huizhou University, Member of Guangdong Musicians Association, Director of Guangdong Wind Music Association, American Conselmer Musical Instrument Bach Trombone Endorsement Artist, Trombone Artist of China Orchestra Network, Trombone World Trombone Artist, one of the founders of the “Guangdong Bass Brass Chamber Orchestra”.

He graduated from the affiliated high school of Shenyang Conservatory of Music in 1997 and studied under Professor Bai Fei. In October of the same year, he was admitted to the Russian Glinka State Conservatory of Music with excellent results. In June 2003, he received the expert certificate of performer and teacher issued by the Russian Federation State Degree Evaluation Committee. During his study abroad, he was invited to participate in many music performances, serving as the guest trombone principal of Nizhny Novgoro State Symphony Orchestra and the trombone principal of Nizhny Novgoro State Symphony Orchestra. Since returning to China, his students have won many awards in Guangdong Province as well as in national and international music competitions. After graduation, the students engaged in professional orchestral playing and music education. Some graduates went abroad for further study. In addition to daily teaching, he has been invited to serve as a mentor and judge for music academic activities and major national and international competitions frequently.
