Introduction:

Associate Professor of Violin, Graduate Student Supervisor, at the School of Arts, South China University of Technology. Head of Department of Instrumental Music, Head of the Chamber Orchestra, Concertmaster of the Youth Symphony Orchestra, Member of Guangdong Musicians Association.

She began to study the violin when she was five. In 1992, she studied at the affiliated middle school of Shenyang Conservatory of Music under Professor MU Tong. In 1998, she studied at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music under Professor YU Lina and Professor HE Xian, where she received Bachelor Degree of Music in Performance. In 2009, she completed her Master Degree at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, under the tutelage of Professor HE Xian.

Since joining the School of Arts, South China University of Technology in 2003, she won the Second Prize of Excellent Teachers of South China University of Technology; The courses “Into the World of Symphonic Music” and “Into the World of Opera” she took part in were entitled the Ministry of Education's excellent courses, and the “Symphony Orchestra Training and Performing Arts” was entitled the Guangdong Provincial Excellent Course; The original chamber music suite “Qin Yue Time and Space” won the Silk Road Cultural Contribution Award and was selected for the National Art Fund project; Published several articles in national core journals; Instructed students to win the first prize and the second prize in the professional division of the Guangdong MA Sicong Cup Violin Competition; Coached the student string quartet to win the first prize in the professional division of the Guangdong University Student Arts Exhibition Competition.
