Introduction:

Associate Professor, graduate student supervisor, Vice Dean of School of Arts, South China University of Technology. He is a member of Guangdong Provincial Aesthetic Education Professional Committee, Vice Chairman of Guangdong String Song Association, Vice Chairman of Guangdong Modern Music Association, Standing Committee Member of Voice Professional Committee of Guangdong Chinese and Western Medicine Integration Association, Expert in Culture Market and Industry Talent Tank of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangdong Province and Vice Chairman of Musician Association of Tianhe District, Guangzhou City.

His research fields include vocal performance and vocal education research, domestic and overseas art songs and opera performance. He has systematic investigation and research in Chinese ancient poetry, styles and manifestation of Russian and German lieder.

For stage performances he has played the role of Mr. KANG Deni, teacher of Mr. Sun Yat-Sen in the original opera of The Ancestor – Mr. Sun Yat-Sen, PU Zhigao in the opera Jiang Jie, and Bartolo in Le Nozze di Figaro. He also performed solo and ensemble music in many concerts, including Concert of Russian Music Works, Stepping into the World of Opera, etc. He has also released his own solo album Ge Yin Qian Chang.

He has been in charge of and participated in several research projects of provincial and department levels, published two monographs as the chief writer and published several research articles in CSSCI journals and other key journals.
