Introduction:

Lyric tenor, associate professor of voice, and graduate student supervisor at the School of Arts, South China university of Technology. He earned his master's degree in Literature at the Voice and Opera Department of China Conservatory of Music.

Having been engaged in college vocal music teaching for more than 20 years, he has trained a large number of music teachers and talents specializing in singing and accumulated rich experience in teaching, and also equipped himself with strong ability of scientific research. He has published more than 10 music topic articles in the national CSSCI core journals and academic journals of or above the provincial level, including People's Music and Chinese Music among others.

When teaching at the university, he often takes part in the concerts and large song and dance galas of high levels. Being excellent in vocal music, he, as a tenor solo or leading singer, was constantly invited to sing vocal music concerts with the China National Symphony Orchestra, Chinese Movie Orchestra Philharmonic Orchestra, Hebei Symphony Orchestra, Qingdao Symphony Orchestra among other professional symphony orchestras, and also the South China university of Technology Youth Symphony Orchestra. He has performed at the Beijing Concert Hall, the Forbidden City Concert Hall, the Beijing National Library Concert Hall, the National Grand Theaters in Beijing, Qingdao, Changsha, Kunming, and the Guangzhou Xinghai Concert Hall and Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall, including numbers of solo recitals. He won many vocal music awards in the competitions at or above the provincial level.

Since settled in Guangzhou, he was invited to perform in many prominent music events in Guangzhou, especially in various kinds of opera concerts organized by the Federation of Literature and Art of Guangdong province, Guangzhou Opera Institute among others. He has played many important roles, including the protagonist Pinkerton in the world-famous opera Madame Butterfly, the protagonist Prince in Turandot and the protagonist Fu Zhigao in Chinese opera Sister Jiang.

In nearly a decade, he was invited for many times to perform as solo or leading singer, in various countries and regions including the United States, Canada, Singapore, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, which were all well received by the public.
