Brief Biography:

This course covers NMR basic theories including magnetism of nuclear spins, vector models, spin state, spin operator, density matrix, spin Hamiltonian, calculation and operations of bulk magnetizations, pulse program, time evolution of density matrix, solution and solid-state NMR spectrum, effects of molecular dynamics on NMR line-shape, various two-dimensional pulse programs, NMR applications to material science, etc. This course aims at use of solution- and solid-state NMR in current and future research.
