Guangzhou International Campus (GZIC) is situated in the south bank of Guangzhou International Innovation City, Panyu District, Guangzhou City, and the University Town Campus is just across the river. Together with Wushan Campus in the same city, the three campuses of SCUT comprise an intelligent valley. As a state-level campus and one of the key projects of Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City, GZIC is located in a super gateway to the Belt and Road, an important transport hub of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Corridor.
