报告人简介(中英文对照)

Dr. Lisa Gao is an Associate Professor at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She joined from the Pennsylvania State University, where she earned her Ph.D. degree and served as an instructor.

Dr. Gao conducts research in the area of consumer behavior and services marketing with a specific interest in Corporate Social Responsibility issues in the service industry. Her research is published in top-tier hospitality and business journals such as the International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, Journal of Business Research and Journal of Business Ethics. Dr. Gao also serves as an editorial board member and Special Issued Guest Editor for Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research, and as a reviewer for hospitality and tourism journals and conferences including Annals of Tourism Research, Tourism Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, ICHRIE, APacCHRIE, EuroCHRIE, Society for Consumer Psychology: SCP Conference, Annual Graduate Education and Graduate Students Research Conference in Hospitality and Tourism among others. Dr. Gao received the Annual ICHRIE Research Reports award at the Annual ICHRIE Conference (2018) and the best paper award at the 22nd Annual Graduate Education and Graduate Student Research Conference in Hospitality and Tourism (2017).

Dr Gao is CHE and CHIA. She teaches Services Marketing, Operation Management, Food & Beverage Management, and Consultancy Project subjects. She also supervises undergraduate, Master’s and PhD students’ thesis.  

高怡幸博士毕业于宾夕法尼亚州立大学酒店与旅游管理学院,现任香港理工大学酒店及旅游业管理学院教授。

高博士的研究方向是消费者行为和服务营销领域,特别关注服务行业的企业社会责任问题。她的研究成果发表在酒店和商业管理的顶级期刊上,如: 《国际酒店管理期刊》、《酒店与旅游研究杂志》、《国际当代酒店管理杂志》、《康奈尔酒店季刊》、《商业研究杂志》和《商业道德杂志》。此外,高博士还担任《酒店与旅游研究杂志》的编委和客座主编, 以及《旅游研究年鉴》、《旅游管理》、《国际酒店管理期刊》、《酒店与旅游研究期刊》、《商业伦理期刊》、《可持续发展期刊》、《康奈尔酒店季刊》、酒店与餐饮教育理事会、消费者心理学会酒店及旅游业研究生教育与研究研讨会等酒店与商业期刊及会议的审稿人。她的论文曾获得酒店及旅游业研究生教育与研究研讨会和国际酒店与餐饮教育理事会最佳论文奖。

高博士是美国酒店住宿协会认证酒店管理教育者(CHE)和酒店行业分析认证分析师(CHIA)。她主要负责服教授务质量管理,咨询管理,餐饮管理,服务营销的硕士研究生课程。她同时是酒店及旅游业管理学院本科生荣誉论文,硕士论文,和博士生导师。

Experimental design is one of the most important methodologies in consumer research. The manipulation of independent variables allows researchers to make strong inferences about the causal chain of variables or events. This seminar will discuss the types of experimental design, the problems that need to be paid attention to, and the common problems and mistakes in the experimental design. It will also cover some case sharing on SSCI journal manuscript submission and reviewing.

实验法是消费者行为研究重要的研究方法之一。通过对变量的控制和测量,研究者可以对变量和事件的因果关系做出强有力的推断。本报告将讨论实验设计类型、实验法需要注意的问题、实验中容易遇到的问题、实验中容易犯的错误、以及SSCI期刊的投稿和审稿案例分享。
