<College Physical Education> is the first college public physical education course that won the award of “the provincial level classic course”.
In 1999, the Ministry of education and the State Administration of sports issued us the title of national advanced unit in sports and health work.
From 2004-2021, we won President's Cup of the National University Games for 8 consecutive times.
The SCUT won the Outstanding Award for Winter Long-distance Running of the National Sunshine Sports (the only university in Guangdong Province)
In the 10th Guangdong University Games in 2019, the SCUT won the first place in both the medal list and the total score of Group A (general students), as well as the first place in the medal list and the second place in the total score of Group B (high-level athletes).
Sports training was selected into the list of first-class undergraduate professional construction sites in China and Guangdong Province in 2020.
