The administrative position of the college consists of one dean and one secretary, three deputy deans and one deputy secretary. The dean and the secretary presided over the comprehensive work of the college, the deputy dean respectively was in charge of the college teaching, including undergraduate teaching, postgraduate teaching and laboratory management, as well as enrollment, administrative and other routine affairs and outreach work, including enterprise cooperation and international cooperation. The deputy secretary is responsible for student work and career guidance. The asistance of each position in the college office perform their duties. The finance staff is responsible for the financial budget and settlement of the college under the direct leadership of the dean and the secretary.

In order to better guarantee the quality of the college's teaching and effectively manage the college's social resources, the college has established a Degree Assessment Subcommittee and A Teaching Steering Committee.

Degree Assessment Subcommittee

It is the subordinate institution of the school's degree evaluation committee. The committee is responsible for reviewing the qualifications for the master's degree in engineering, reviewing the postgraduate training program and degree setting, reviewing the changes in the subject research direction that has the right to grant a master's degree, approving the application for the master's instructor to apply for the post, reporting to the school's degree appraisal committee for filing, researching and processing other matters related to degree work.

Teaching Steering Committee

It is composed of school education experts, experts from internationally renowned IT companies, and senior technical management personnel from various industries. The committee participates in the development of the training plan and curriculum system to ensure that the curriculum is in line with the development of the software industry, meets the needs of enterprises for software talents and realizes the goal of training engineering and practical talents. Based on social needs and changes in the job market, the committee researches the direction of professional development, guides the training of talents, textbook construction, comprehensive quality education and academic activities of the school, and develops a teaching quality assurance system to ensure a high standard of education and teaching. Through the work of the Steering Committee, we will complete the teaching management system of the college, refine the teaching management functions, improve the teaching management facilities and improve the teaching quality, which will keep the teaching management of the college at a first-class level.
