Trainee- Process Engineer (Machining Area)

Trainee- Process Quality Engineer

Trainee- Material Quality Engineer

Trainee- Process Engineer (Assembly Line)

岗位介绍：

Machining Process Engineer：

Required Major: Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical machining process机械工程及自动化 / 机械加工工艺

Main Responsibility：

• Learn and know well product & machining process knowledge

• Lean knowledge on NC system/Machining centre/Cutting tools/Inspection etc

• Learn and grasp procedure and method on process development/analysis/problem solving etc

• Provide assistance to ensure process running effectively

• Provide assistance to PQE on gage management and take part in quality problem solving

• Provide assistance and take part in process development/implements, APQP, machine selection, tools and fixtures design, etc

• Promote safety awareness

• Maintain 5S standards

Profile：

• Competent in English (acceptable verbal and written), at least CET-4

• Min Bachelor or higher in ME/Mfg Eng

• General knowledge on process, cutting tool, quality control, gage

• General knowledge on CNC programming on FANUC or similar control systems

• General knowledge and experience on Hydraulic control and fixture design

• Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office

• Exposure to lean concepts

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work in teams and in an international environment

Assembly Process Engineer

Required Major: Mechanical Engineering 机械设计与制造 / 机械工程及自动化 / 机械工程

Main Responsibility：

••Lead manufacturing process design for new products.

•Provide manufacturing technology expertise in key processes - both in-house and supplier related.

• Help cost, quality and delivery improvement efforts as per VS requirements.

•Support 3P in product transitions and site technology and assets team in equipment maintenance & modification as needed.

• Leverage knowledge from ISC Group Manufacturing Technology (GMT) team and site LPO.

Profile：

• Fluent in English, knowledge of German and/or French is an asset.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work in teams and handle complex projects.

• Ability to work in an international environment

Material Quality Engineer

Required Major: Mechanical Engineering 机械设计与制造 / 机械工程及自动化 / 机械工程

Main Responsibility：

•• Responsible to coordinate all material quality issues in the VSM

• Drive and promote supplier quality excellence for VSM products as to meet quality objectives

• Provide support on supplier audit and development activities to global sourcing organization

• Conduct supplier assessment, evaluation and track supplier performance for monitoring and continual improvement

• Ensure supplier claim handling process is implemented effectively

• Responsible for releasing components for serial deliveries according to PPAP procedure

• Promote supplier Six Sigma and Lean enterprise awareness and concepts as to improve supplier performance

• Support ISO/TS internal/external audits and customer related audits

Profile：

• Effective communication skills and executive presence with bilingual language (Chinese and English)

• Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office

•Ability to work in teams and handle complex projects.

•Ability to work in an international environment

Process Quality Engineer

Required Major: Mechanical Engineering 机械设计与制造 / 机械工程及自动化 / 机械工程

Main Responsibility：

••• Develop and implement the process quality control management systems in operation, including procedures and WI for inspection

• Support New Product Introduction quality planning (APQP) and PPAP

• Coordinate for specific products across quality functions

• Drive for process continual improvement activities

• Perform diagnosis, trouble shooting, analysis and RCCA using quality tools and statistical techniques

• Responsible for cost of poor quality by promoting quality cost concepts and awareness among the VS

• Provide product, process and quality related tool trainings to VS members

• Promote product reliability and safety among the VS

• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering zero defect products to customer

• Support ISO/TS internal/external audits and customer related audits

Profile：

• Effective communication skills and executive presence with bilingual language

• Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office

•Ability to work in teams and handle complex projects.

•Ability to work in an international environment
