主讲人:文森特·纳丁教授（Vincent Nadin）

文森特·纳丁教授（Vincent Nadin）是一位在城市规划领域内具有世界影响力的著名学者。作为英国城乡规划研究的权威、欧洲空间规划领域的领军人物，他的研究与实践分布在欧洲、澳洲与亚洲各大城市，与超过140家专业机构合作，在全球业界影响深远。他现任职于荷兰代尔夫特理工大学建筑学院（全球专业排名第6），是该院的终身教授，同时兼任：学院学术委员会成员、学院规划系科研主管、学院国际战略与招生委员会主席，以及规划系空间规划与战略方向学术带头人。

纳丁教授所著《英国城乡规划》（Town and Country Planning in the UK）问世50年已推出第15版，被誉为规划界的圣经。纳丁教授作为欧盟空间规划研究的领军人物，牵头编撰了《欧盟空间规划体系和政策纲要（The EU Compendium of Spatial PlanningSystems and Policies）》以及欧盟最重要的城市发展纲领《欧盟空间发展远景（European Spatial Development Perspective-ESDP）》。此外，纳丁教授撰写了大量相关研究的著作和期刊，担任了包括《规划实践与研究（Planning Practice and Research）》（创刊主编）在内的多家学术期刊主编。
