SBA to promote cooperation with French business schools

The representatives of EM Normandie Business School and Audencia Business School recently visited SBA to discuss joint educational programs.

On 31st October, Professor Dang Zhi, Vice President of SCUT, Professor Zhang Weiguo, Dean of SBA, and Professor Hu Yiwu, Secretary of CPC SBA Committee received the delegation of Audencia Business School (Audencia) led by Dr. Christophe Germain, Dean of Audencia.  

On behalf of SCUT, Professor Dang extended welcome to the guests. Professor Hu gave a detailed introduction to SCUT and SBA, while Dr. Germain introduced Audencia’s internationalization strategy and its cooperation in education with Chinese universities. The two sides had an in-depth discussion on issues such as student exchange, double degree program, etc., and agreed that providing more overseas exchange programs to students conforms to the internationalization strategic objective of both schools, and that the two schools will keep in touch with each other to explore student exchange and joint education program in various forms and strengthen cooperation in talent cultivation.  

Earlier on 27th October, Professor Hu had a meeting at SBA with Mrs. Hélène Pilet, International Recruitment Manager of EM Normandie Business School for potential cooperation. The two sides agreed on further discussion in cooperative programs including faculty exchange, student exchange, and 3+1 undergraduate double degree, etc.  

Founded in Nantes in 1900, Audencia Business School is one of the very select business schools holding all three international accreditations (EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA), and ranked amongst the top European business schools. Audencia has graduated nearly 15,000 students from all over the world.

Founded in Le Havre in 1871, EM Normandie Business School (EM Normandie) is one of the oldest established French business schools. The School has a current enrollment of 3,500 students on its five campuses located in Caen, Le Havre, Paris, Dublin and Oxford. EM Normandie is accredited by both EQUIS and AACSB.
