Introduction of the Speaker:

Prof. Changhui ZHOU received his PhD in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at University of Western Ontario (UWO), Canada. He is a professor, PhD supervisor and chair of Strategic Management Department at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He is also the deputy director of Research Institute of International Operation and Management, Peking University. Prof. Zhou has been the primary investigator of three projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the one completed in 2009 was rated as outstanding by the NSFC. He has published papers in the top tier international journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies etc. He won the sole best conference paper award in the Annual Meeting of The Academy of International Business in 2005, one of the five best paper awards of International Management Division in the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management in 2009, and the excellent paper award in the 4th Chinese Academy of Management Annual Conference in 2009.
