报告人简介:

1991年毕业于德国亚琛工业大学工艺工程专业,1994年获得博士学位,

1994年开始在Escher Wyss公司(现福伊特公司)担任研发工程师,

2009年至2012年先后在Munksjö Canfor公司担任大客户经理及欧洲纸浆销售和技术营销总监,

2016年起在 Mercer公司担任技术营销总监。

Abstract

  Refining is a key process, if not the most important, in papermaking. It aims to modify the characteristics of the individual fibres in such a way that they meet the requirements of the final products. Those have to withstand dynamic and static loads, exhibit an even structure and meet other special requirements. Increasing fibre flexibility and generating additional bonding potential are the main objectives of refining.The lecture starts with a short introduction to the topic followed by a historical review of refining. We learn how the process has developed over time with changing raw materials and advanced technology. Because fibre morphology plays a crucial role in refining, we have a look at the different fibres used for producing paper. The central part of the lecture deals with the principles of refining and explains the most important parameters for assessing the refining action. Then we focus on the effects of refining on fibre properties. Paper mills and laboratories use a variety of laboratory refining or beating equipment. You will become familiar with the different working principles and their practical meaning. The chapter closes with an overview of modern mill refiners. Before learning more about the effects of refining on pulp and paper properties we review the most common refining theories and the latest developments. The lecture closes with some practical aspects. You will get advice and tips, which are useful for pilot plant and mill operations.

磨浆在造纸过程中即使不是最重要的,但也是一道非常关键的工艺,目的是改变单根纤维的特性从而满足产品要求。磨浆过程中的动、静载荷使纤维展现出均一的结构,此外,提高纤维的柔韧性及潜在的结合力也是主要目标。本次讲座首先简要介绍主题,然后对磨浆历史进行回顾。我们可以了解到,随着原料及先进技术的变化磨浆工艺使如何发展的。由于纤维形态在磨浆工艺中起着至关重要的作用,本次讲座还将介绍不同类型的造纸纤维。讲座的核心是了解磨浆机理及用于解释磨浆工艺的关键参数,然后还重点介绍了磨浆对纤维特性的影响。现实中,造纸厂和实验室会使用各种各样的磨浆或打浆设备,你也能通过此次讲座对这些设备的工作原理和实际意义更为了解。最后讲座将在实操层面为中试机和工厂运营提供一些有益的建议及提示。
