塑料超切变塑化挤出机是由华南理工大学瞿金平教授提出并发明的“基于拉伸流变的高分子材料塑化输运方法及设备”(中国专利号:200810026054,国际申请号PCT/CN2008/000643)在塑料挤出成型方面的一项重要应用成果。这种新型高效节能挤出设备从结构到塑化输运机理都完全不同于传统螺杆式塑料挤出机,由多个叶片塑化输运单元叠加组合而成,在物料塑化输运过程中拉伸形变的作用远远大于剪切形变,实现了塑料的超切变塑化挤出成型。与螺杆塑化输运技术及设备相比,塑料超切变塑化挤出机具有如下优点:
① 完成塑化输运过程所经历的热机械历程大大缩短,塑化输运能耗降低;

② 塑化输运靠特定形状的空间容积变化完成,具有完全正位移特性,效率提高;

③ 塑化输运过程在很短的热机械历程内完成,相应的塑化输运设备体积缩小;
The plasticating and conveying process can be completed in a quite short thermo-mechanical history, the machine is much more compacted correspondingly.
④ 塑化输运能力不依赖于物料的物理特性,塑化输运稳定性提高,对物料适应性提高;
The capacities of plasticating and conveying are independence of the materials’ properties, the stability of this process is improved, and then the machine is suitable for more materials processing.
⑤ 多相多组分体系相容性明显改善,分散混合效果大幅度提高。
The compatibility of multiphase or multicomponent system can be significantly improved, and the dispersive mixing performance can be greatly enhanced.
