1999-2008,中山大学,生命科学学院生物系,学士、博士;

2004-2008,中科院遗传与发育研究所,访问博士生。

2008-2011,香港科技大学,生命学部,博士后;

2011-2018,南方医科大学,基础医学院,教授,博导,课题组长,历任细胞生物学教研室副主任、发育生物学教研室副主任、主任;

2018-至今,华南理工大学,医学院,教授,博导,课题组长。

实验室研究概述

课题组以正反向遗传学及功能基因组的方法,研究造血发育调控以及血液病发病机理,主要以斑马鱼为模式动物研究造血干细胞向各种成熟血细胞分化调控的机制,及相关血液病发病机理。

目前主要研究方向:

1、粒细胞分化调控机制、谱系追踪及粒系缺陷的先天性免疫缺陷模型建立。

2、造血干细胞向血小板系分化的调控机制及遗传性血小板疾病发病机理。

目前课题组有博士后1名,在读博士生4名,硕士生3名,已毕业博士生6名,硕士生2名,研究生共获得国家研究生奖学金5人次。


实验室科研成果

课题组通过正反向遗传学方法,研究血系定向分化调控机制及发育异常致病的机理,以斑马鱼为模型,鉴定了多个造血发育调控的关键因子并发现了造血调控的新机制,并确立了数种相关血液病动物模型以供发病机理及转化研究。在血液及发育领域著名期刊Blood,Leukemia,Haematologica,Development等发表论文9篇,申请专利5项(1项已授权)。

近期研究成果如下图:

建立了研究造血调控及病理造血的遗传学研究系统:通过正向遗传学筛选,获得4类25个造血缺陷斑马鱼突变体(J Genet Genomics,2012);

发现了造血分化调控的新机制及确立了相关疾病模型:

--造血干细胞:延续前期发现cMyb正调控造血干细胞迁移的工作(Blood,2011);发现了Cdh5位于cMyb下游,负调控造血干/祖细胞的迁移(J Genet Genomics,2016);

--粒细胞系:发现了cMyb调控中性粒系分化并可与Cebp1协同(Blood,2016);确立了cMyb过激活的类白血病模型等(Leukemia,2017a,申请专利1件);发现了Alas1调控的血红素合成途径对中性粒细胞分化至关重要(Haematologica,2018);发现了Mpx及Npsn调控中性粒细胞成熟,并确立了两种固有免疫缺陷模型(Fish Shellfish Immun,2015;Open Biol,2017,申请专利1件);

--T淋巴细胞系:发现了Rb1保护发育中的T淋巴细胞免受凋亡的在体证据及分子机理(Development,2018);

--巨核细胞系:证实了斑马鱼Tpo/Mpl促血小板通路与哺乳动物的保守性,确立了首个可视化的先天性血小板减少症的斑马鱼模型(Leukemia,2017b,申请专利2件);

在研项目

近年主持国家自然科学基金4项(青年、面上),获广东省高层次人才引进、广东省优秀青年教师基金、广东特支计划青年拔尖人才、广州市珠江科技新星、广东省自然科学基金团队等基金资助。
