报告摘要:Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) genes are very important, and they are involved in a variety of biological processes. However, there have been limited reports on the multiple functions of lncRNAs in zebrafish sex differentiation. Here, we performed a multidimensional comparative analysis of transcriptomics to characterize the dynamic changes of lncRNA expression in zebrafish during 6 representative sex differentiation stages. We identified approximately 30% lncRNAs with developmentally dynamic gene expression patterns (named DDG lncRNAs). Compared with non-DDG lncRNAs, DDG lncRNAs exhibited more functional potentials. Our identified DDG lncRNAs might promote oogenesis to maintain feminization and reduce sexual plasticity at the early stage of sex reversal.
报告人简介:陈振夏,华中农业大学生物医学与健康学院教授、博士生导师。2011年在北京大学获得生物信息学博士学位;2011-2016在美国国立卫生研究院从事博士后研究。现主要开展营养基因组学研究,采用“果蝇-小鼠-人”比较基因组学研究策略,通过动物和人类营养健康的多组学数据整合分析,评估“基因-膳食-表型”的关联及其分子机制。迄今以通讯或第一作者发表Advanced Science, Genome Research、Nucleic Acids Research,Molecular Biology and Evolution,Briefings in Bioinformatics等SCI论文13篇;担任Briefings in Bioinformatics(JCR一区)副主编;入选湖北省“百人计划”和“楚天学者计划”。
