3rd of December, 2016, JOSEPH W. DELLAPENNA Ph.D. of the Villanova University was invited to make a speech under the topic of “Lawsuit of Commonality Environment from the view of the U.S.A.” in the SCUT. The lecture was hosted by Hongqing Teng Ph.D. a professor of the law school in 204 of the educational building A1.Both the undergraduate and the master degree candidate took an active part.
JOSEPH began with a clarification of the range of Justice from the third note of the American Constitution and point out its slips from the aspect of politics, economy and history. Then he describe the base of jurisdiction of the United States and even raised an interesting question——“If a tree enjoys the procedural rights?” which led to a wide range discussion. Together with all these wisdom he shared, Joseph also tell us much about the residential law suit in practical situation.
