主讲人简介：瑞典隆德大学法学院Radu Mares教授，同时为罗尔·瓦伦堡（RWI）人权与人道法研究所研究员，北京大学、武汉大学兼职教授，出版专著2部，编著1部，主要论文和文章10篇，图书评论、报告各一篇，参与教材编著2部，主持瑞典政府科研项目3项。

特邀嘉宾：张万洪，武汉大学法学院教授，公益与发展法律研究中心主任，在国内外刊物发表论文多篇，并有著作及译著多部。曾任美国哥伦比亚大学法学院、挪威奥斯陆大学法学院、瑞典罗尔·瓦伦堡人权与人道主义法研究所、丹麦人权研究所等教研机构访问学者。曾作为专家小组成员，参与国务院《国家人权行动计划（2009-2010年）》的起草工作。
