主讲人简介:瑞典隆德大学法学院Radu Mares教授,同时为罗尔·瓦伦堡(RWI)人权与人道法研究所研究员,北京大学、武汉大学兼职教授,出版专著2部,编著1部,主要论文和文章10篇,图书评论、报告各一篇,参与教材编著2部,主持瑞典政府科研项目3项。


特邀嘉宾:张万洪,武汉大学法学院教授,公益与发展法律研究中心主任,在国内外刊物发表论文多篇,并有著作及译著多部。曾任美国哥伦比亚大学法学院、挪威奥斯陆大学法学院、瑞典罗尔·瓦伦堡人权与人道主义法研究所、丹麦人权研究所等教研机构访问学者。曾作为专家小组成员,参与国务院《国家人权行动计划(2009-2010年)》的起草工作。
