华南理工大学土木工程专业学生的境内外工程实践采用线上讲座方式,特别邀请到奥雅纳咨询公司(ARUP)、WSP和Jacobs/Halcrow China三家国际公司进行线上讲座,内容涵盖大型公共建筑和基础设施的设计与施工、建筑工程数字化及土木工程专业的职业规划等。

Lecturer 1

贺雪梅女士, 奥雅纳创研院经理,就职于深圳办公室,负责奥雅纳创研院在中国办公室的人才培养以及技术发展协调与落实。


Ms. He, the manager of Arup University and working in Shenzhen office, responsible for talent training and technology development coordination and implementation of Arup innovation and Research Institute in China office.

朱立刚先生, 奥雅纳副董事,就职于上海办公室。从事结构设计已有22年之久,是一位经验丰富的结构工程师,曾领导和负责过国内多个重大工程项目以及奥雅纳基金研究项目。



Mr. Zhu , the Associate Director of Arup and working in the Shanghai office. He is an experienced structural engineer with structural design experience of 22 years, responsible for many major domestic engineering projects and Arup foundation research projects.

Yannick Lenormand,奥雅纳创研院前瞻研究负责人,就职于香港办公室。拥有巴黎ENSAD工商管理学院工业设计硕士学位,并拥有20多年的经验。


Yannick Lenormand , East-Asia Arup foresight leader in Arup University Hong Kong office and has a Product Design and materials science background, holds a master’s in industrial design from ENSAD, Paris and 20+ years of experience including 12 years Trends Analysis, User Experience and Technology Research in Hong Kong, China, Japan and around South East Asia.

韩毅(Alex Han),工学博士,奥雅纳数字技术加速中心负责人。主要负责数字化转型及跨领域数字化业务的开拓工作。负责智慧楼宇、智慧园区等基于BIM/GIS的平台级产品的研发及应用。主导多种新兴技术如无人机、XR、IoT、ML/AI、机器人等技术的研发及应用工作。


Alex Han, PhD in Engineering, the head of the Arup Digital Acceleration Hub, responsible for digital transformation and cross-domain digital business development. Manage the R & D and application of BIM/GIS-based platform-level products such as smart buildings and smart parks. Lead the R & D and application of a variety of emerging technologies such as UAV, XR, IoT, ML/AI, robot and so on.

吕海双:现任奥雅纳高级结构工程师,具有扎实的专业学习背景,对结构工程技术有着较强的理解和研究。国家一级注册结构工程师,具有扎实的专业学习背景,了解中国设计规范,并能使用多种国内外的结构分析软件和方法进行结构分析设计。


Mr.  Lv, the Arup senior structural engineer, with a solid professional learning background, has a strong understanding and research  in structural engineering technology. Registered structural engineers at the national level, with a solid professional learning background, understand the Chinese design norms, can use a variety of domestic and foreign structural analysis software and methods for structural analysis design.

苏国柱:现任奥雅纳副总工程师,拥有超过10年结构设计经验以及海外工作经验,曾负责过多个商业中心及高层建筑项目。苏国柱先生以创造性的思维、广博的技能和完美的合作态度,致力于提供高效典雅的结构解决方案。


Mr. Su, the Arup Associate Chief Engineer, with over 10 years of structural design experience and foreign experience, has been responsible for a number of business center and high-rise construction projects. Mr. Su is committed to providing efficient and elegant structural solutions with his creative thinking, extensive skills and perfect cooperative attitude.

余永辉,奥雅纳副总工程师,就职于广州办公室。国家一级注册结构工程师,拥有17年结构设计工作经验,具有多年大型甲级设计院的施工图经验和过硬的专业知识。


Mr. Yu, Associate Chief Engineer of Arup, works in Guangzhou office and is a national first-class registered structural engineer. He has 17 years of structural design experience, many years of construction drawing experience and excellent professional knowledge of large class a design institutes.

丘国辉,现任WSP中国区建筑结构董事,也是结构专业-岩土组组长,有34年工作经验,是亚洲理工学校岩土工程硕士,台湾国立大学工程学士。


Paul Yau is currently the director of building structure of WSP China and the leader of structure geotechnical group. He has 34 years of working experience. He is a master of geotechnical engineering of Asian Institute of technology and a Bachelor of engineering of Taiwan National University.

黄汉华,现任WSP中国区建筑结构董事,总监,也是结构专业-项目总监拥有26年工作经历,毕业于香港大学土木及结构工程(荣誉)学士,香港大学建筑项目管理硕士。


Henry Wong is the director, director and project director of WSP China's architectural structure. He has 26 years of working experience. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong with Bachelor of civil and Structural Engineering (Hons) and master of architectural project management of the University of Hong Kong.

谭邦,现任合乐中国(Jacobs/Halcrow China)董事/总监,华南理工大学土木与交通学院客座教授,英国土木工程师学会资深会员,英国土木工程师学会香港分会理事。

“横向摩天大楼”

背景介绍:重庆来福士是全球最大的来福士项目,坐落于长江与嘉陵江两大河流的交汇处,由世界知名建筑师莫西•撒夫迪 (Moshe Safdie) 设计,瞩目的外形更体现了重庆作为航运枢纽的地位。架设在摩天楼上的“横向摩天楼”构想大胆出位,而结构抗震、减振、消防以及景观采光、通风等工程设计却需要细致周全。

Background: Chongqing Raffles is the largest Raffles project in the world. It is located at the intersection of the Yangtze River and Jialing River. It is designed by the world-famous architect Moshe Safdie. The eye-catching shape reflects Chongqing's position as a shipping hub. The concept of horizontal skyscraper erected on skyscrapers is bold, but the engineering design of structural earthquake resistance, vibration reduction, fire protection, landscape lighting and ventilation needs to be meticulous and comprehensive.

讲座简介:如何在重庆来福士结构抗震、减振、消防以及景观采光、通风等工程设计中兼顾公众的安全与舒适。

“全国最高扭转结构”

背景介绍:前海世茂大厦,是目前我国最高的扭转结构。大厦以其独特的45度双螺旋造型成为前海新地标,获得世界高层建筑与都市人居学会(CTBUH)颁发的“最佳超高层建筑卓越奖”以及香港工程师学会“卓越结构大奖”。

Background: The Qian Hai Shimao Building is the highest twisting structure in China. The building has become a new landmark in Qianhai with its unique 45-degree double helix shape, It has won the Best Super-High Building Excellence Award from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) and the Structural Excellence Award from the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.

Background: CCCC Southern headquarters project, also known as the window of Guangzhou. The project is located on the Bank of the rear channel of the Pearl River at the starting point of the central axis at the south end of the Pearl River New Town, Haizhu District, Guangzhou. It is a key project in Guangzhou.

广州之窗

讲座简介:讲座将介绍广州之窗的组成,这个项目整体建筑群分A、B、C三区建设,由西向东组合成“001”造型,由东向西看则是“100”。这是中国工程中首次将重量近3,000吨的单体结构提升至150米以上的项目。

Lecture introduction: the overall building complex of CCCC Southern headquarters project is divided into three areas A, B and C, which is combined into 001 shape from west to east, and 100 from east to west. This is the first project in China to lift the monomer structure weighing nearly 3000 tons to more than 150 meters.

Background : through the optimization design of construction scheme and the application of a large number of new materials, new technologies and new methods, Liantang / xiangyuanwei project and Hong Kong Bay crossing bridge project have successfully controlled the construction risk, greatly improved the structural use efficiency and construction time efficiency, and ensured that the project can be completed on time, according to quality and safely.

Lecture introduction : through the analysis of two cases: Liantang / xiangyuanwei contract 6 (bridge and tunnel) project and Hong Kong Bay crossing bridge project (under construction), this lecture analyzes the risks of bridge and tunnel construction in Hong Kong, summarizes and puts forward solutions.

背景介绍:近年,世界各地积极推动「组装合成建筑法」(Modular Integrated Construction,简称: MiC),从低层医疗保健设施,到高层的住宅和酒店建筑,都可以见到MiC的踪迹。MiC是采用「先预制后安装」概念,将厂房生产的独立组装合成组件(包括已内部装修、设备及管道的组装工序)运送至工地,再组装成为建筑物。这种新的建造方法较传统集中于工地现场进行的施工方法,大大节省施工时间和成本,并提高了建造效率、质量和安全性。

Background: In recent years, the modular integrated construction (MIC) has been actively promoted all over the world. Mic can be seen from low-rise medical and health facilities to high-rise residential and hotel buildings. Mic adopts the concept of prefabrication before installation to transport the independently assembled composite components produced in the plant (including the assembly process of interior decoration, equipment and pipelines) to the construction site and then assemble them into buildings. Compared with the traditional construction method focused on the construction site, this new construction method greatly saves construction time and cost, and improves construction efficiency, quality and safety.

组装合成建筑法的示意图

讲座简介:作为「组装合成建筑法」的专家,WSP在建筑行业走在最前,致力开发创新的可持续建筑方法。其中,WSP 为香港科学园的「创新斗室」担任结构、岩土、土木工程和幕墙工程顾问。「创新斗室」是首个获得香港屋宇署批准兴建的多层MiC项目,共建17层高,将会作为智能宿舍之用。项目于2019年8月开始建设,预计于2020年10月竣工,入住许可证将于2020年底批出。采用MiC设计及建造方法将项目交付时间提前至少6个月。

Lecture introduction: As an expert in assembly and synthesis construction method, WSP takes the lead in the construction industry and is committed to developing innovative sustainable construction methods. Among them, WSP is the innovation room of Hong Kong Science Park and serves as a consultant in structural, geotechnical, civil engineering and curtain wall engineering Innovation room is the first multi-storey mic project approved by the Hong Kong Buildings Department. It will build 17 floors and will be used as a smart dormitory. The project started construction in August 2019 and is expected to be completed in October 2020. The occupancy permit will be approved by the end of 2020. The mic design and construction method shall be adopted to advance the project delivery time by at least 6 months.
