Our group is mainly working on the development of high-performance power and RF electronic devices based on wide-bandgap semiconductors as well as high-speed optoelectronic devices. We aim to create novel device structures for efficient power conversion and communication applications through the deep understanding of material properties and device physics, the innovation of advanced process technology, and the demonstration of system-level verification.
