THEME

South China University of Technology is organizing the International Symposium on Processing and Safety Innovative Technologies 2017 to consolidate and increase the collaboration between governments, institutions, academia, industry and individuals in the field of food processing and safety analysis for developing new methods and techniques in fruit, meat and agricultural products.

The local host of this symposium is South China University of Technology (SCUT), which is one of the top 20 key universities operated under the direct leadership pf the State Ministry of Education. The discipline of Food Science and Engineering in SCUT is ranked top three in China.
