In order to help students better understand the latest trends in the industry and clarify their career plans, on March 20, 2025, the School of Computer Science and Engineering successfully held the School Enterprise Collaboration 1+1 - Huolala Visiting Study Activity.

  Under the guidance of the staff at Huolala, the students gained a deep understanding of the development process of Huolala from its early days to market expansion and service upgrades, and experienced the company's values of passion, perseverance, humility, and execution. Students have gained a more comprehensive understanding of Huolala's corporate positioning and the thriving development trend of the domestic freight industry.

  During the sharing session, Wen Jin, Deputy Director of Human Resources at Huolala, provided a comprehensive and in-depth introduction to Huolala's development history, corporate culture, and talent strategy. Huolala Organization and human resources development expert Yao Min shared the tricks for college students to achieve overtaking in the employment curve from the perspective of career planning. Chen Hailiang, Senior Client Engineer at Huolala, shared the application of AIGC in logistics business and his experience of becoming a Google Developer Expert (GDE), encouraging students to actively try, explore and accumulate.

  This open day event provides an opportunity for face-to-face communication with enterprises, which helps students clarify their career plans and future development directions. The college will also continue to carry out enterprise visit activities to help students achieve high-quality and full employment.
