In order to guide our college students to consciously establish a correct career outlook, job selection outlook, and employment outlook, and scientifically formulate career development plans, our college, together with Ernst&Young (China) Enterprise Consulting Co., Ltd., held the Ernst&Young Cup College Student Career Planning Competition to showcase themselves and compete in the workplace. On June 5th at 2:30 pm, our college held the final of the College Student Career Planning Competition at B3-213. Four experts, including Ms. Wu Lilin, Manager of Ernst&Young Consulting Department, Mr. Gao Hao, Manager of Ernst&Young Consulting Department, Ms. Zeng Jingshan, Senior Director of Ernst&Young Human Resources Department, and Ms. Chen Haowen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Computer Science and Engineering at South China University of Technology, were invited to serve as judges for the finals. Subsequently, the host announced the start of the competition, and the finalists were randomly selected by drawing lots to determine the order of their defense and proceed with their defense in sequence. The contestants will create a PPT based on their personal resume and career plan submitted in the preliminary round, showcasing their works and conducting on-site defense in five parts: self-awareness, career cognition, academic career planning, career planning, and implementation management. Expert judges and teachers provide individual comments, pointing out existing problems and shortcomings, and proposing corresponding improvement suggestions。

Finally, the host announced the results of the competition. In the end, Li Qilin won the first prize, Wei Fengfeng and Li Yikai won the second prize, Xu Zhenbang, Zhang Yaobin and other three students won the third prize, and Lin Jinhao, Shi Leyu, Cao Xin, Lin Huawei, Wang Xuanye and other five students won the excellent award. Expert judges and college leaders presented honorary certificates and prizes to the award-winning individuals。
